Using SurgiPrep - A Brief Guide (Surgeons) 

There are 3 basic steps: 

1. Registration 

• You can register as an individual practitioner. 
• Your practice administrator can register. 
• Then, you or your practice administrator can register patients, with their consent, and retrieve their Reports. 

2. Interviewing 

• Your patient will take a Pre-procedure Interview. 
• You can also offer a Postoperative Interview. 
• Interviews can be done at home or any place that has internet access. 
• Your patient gets information about anesthesia, about the procedure, and your contact details. 
• Your patient attests to viewing of information that supports informed consent. 

3. Reporting 

• You can view and print Reports which summarize the medical history, highlighting risk factors, and suggested preoperative tests.
